Description
Acadia is a modern media and growth agency built for today's marketing landscape. We plan and activate addressable, data-driven media that connect brands with audiences across every touchpoint from awareness to conversion.
Enough about us, let's get to the YOU:
You're a connector at heart and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift, people grow, and good judgment matters. You've recruited for digital talent before, from Sr. Paid Media Managers and Retail Media Analysts to Social Strategists, and you know what "great" looks like in this world. You understand that the best candidates often aren't applying; they're working, and you know how to find them.
You bring the kind of energy and follow-through that makes hiring managers want to work with you. You're detail-oriented without being rigid, confident without ego, and comfortable balancing multiple open roles while keeping candidate experience top of mind. And when hiring slows, you're the type who jumps in to help, whether it's onboarding, refining a process, or lending a hand to the People Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage talent acquisition lifecycle, posting requisitions on applicant tracking system (ATS) and social media platforms, identify and screen qualified applicants, identifying "best fit", share candidate short list with hiring managers, schedule interviews, create offer letters, manage background screen process, and initiate onboarding. Effectively collaborate with regional business unit (BU) leads to define talent needs and job requirements to fill requisitions in a timely manner. Partner with hiring managers to define job scopes, compensation targets, and candidate profiles. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent and leverage multiple acquisition resources and sourcing techniques. Manage candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team during slower hiring cycles, helping with onboarding, process documentation, and ad-hoc HR projects
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
3-5 years of end-to-end Recruitment Cycle experience At least 1 year of recruiting experience within a digital ad agency or similar environment. Proven success hiring for performance marketing and e-commerce roles. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other related social media platforms, preferred High energy self-starter with advanced Talent Acquisition skills and ability to prioritize competing demands Effectively interact and communicate with all employee levels, management, and applicants/candidates High degree of integrity, maintain confidential information, and exercise discretion Work independently with little or no supervision, collaborate with others Implement new talent acquisition programs and processes with attention to detail and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally distributed team. Resourceful and proactive; not above jumping in wherever needed.Nice to Have:
