We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our team and help us take our clients' campaigns to the next level.

What We Want You To Do

Our Digital Strategist leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads.

You'll be responsible for developing high-performing strategies, analyzing data to improve performance, and working closely with our creative and client teams to hit KPIs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and knows Google Ads inside out.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical skills, and technical know-how to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

By focusing on metrics and customer experience, a digital strategist ensures all initiatives drive measurable success while aligning with the brand's messaging and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy Development, Craft comprehensive advertising strategies by conducting in-depth market research, identifying target audiences, and analyzing competitors.
  • Setting targets for all accounts minimum 25% scale month-o-month
  • Creative testing and development, use the resources of the creative team to consistently innovate and introduce new approaches and new things into the accounts. Videos, Images, Advertorials, VSLs, Copywriting, etc.
  • Fostering Innovation in Ad Strategies and account management, whether it is adopting AI powered solutions, exploring new ad formats or testing advertorials and VSLs.
  • Create Playbooks, for specific niche strategies. I.e. health and wellness niche, Fashion and apparel, SaaS, etc.
  • Implement and monitor all new processes and ensure they are followed in the wider team.
  • Attend and speak on the client calls, hold conversations around innovation, scaling plans for the accounts and development of the overall client's business.
  • Support the team with any and all account related questions or issues. If an account is off-track or exceeds targets, how can we maximize our gains or get to where we need to be.
  • Train and develop team members to become better leaders and better account managers. Both their technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Set monthly goals (in the form of a checklist) with all clients on the monthly call, monitor and ensure all the goals will be hit during the month. (repeat every month)
  • Establish a culture of innovation and optimization, the team should not be afraid to make mistakes and should be able to run all of their accounts without the hand-holding. Nobody should be afraid to speak up, ask questions and seek ways to improve their accounts performance. All change should be taken as a positive.
  • Hit the yearly Goals set by the management team, through innovation, collaboration, and driving the accounts with non-traditional approaches.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities. Stay on top of industry developments and competitor strategies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Advocate for Innovation not only within the agency and confined by Google ads, but provide input to the clients wider business as a whole. Suggestions to implement winner Google VSLs or Advertorials also on Facebook, etc. Train the team to start making these recommendations independently.
Requirements
You're Perfect If You Have
  • A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Advanced certifications in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) are highly valued. Additional certifications in CRO or UX are a strong advantage.
  • Leadership Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing six-seven figure monthly  ad budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Shopify, and leading attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.).
  • Supplementary Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, ), and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar).
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for troubleshooting or collaborating with development teams.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies that align with clients' business goals.
  • Experience in crafting and refining omnichannel marketing strategies, incorporating paid search, display, video, and emerging ad formats (e.g., Discovery ads, Performance Max campaigns).
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube/Demand Gen campaigns will be given a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize, test, and optimize creative ad elements and landing pages for performance.
  • Adept at leveraging A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills to manage and align diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Training and Mentorship: Skilled in onboarding, training, and mentoring junior and midweight team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex projects concurrently without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and quickly adapt strategies to new platforms, tools, and algorithms.
