We are seeking an innovative Clinical Associate Medical Director to help lead our rapidly expanding practices. This role is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and management for Medical Directors across multiple centers, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes and effective operations.
  • Directly engage in patient care as a Primary Care Physician (PCP), while also dedicating time to leadership duties related to Clinical Directors.
  • Mentor and develop Clinical Directors and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee talent development and support continuous improvement in clinical practice.
  • Build strong relationships within the community, including partnerships with payers and specialists.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance market performance, including quality improvement and performance metrics analysis.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree with a focus in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience, with preference given to those with prior Medical Director experience, especially within a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
  • Board eligibility or certification in relevant specialties is highly preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, with experience in population risk management and chronic disease care management.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, coupled with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Salary Range: $250,426 - $357,752
