We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist I to support our General Specialty evening shifts. With a competitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, and a supportive work environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a top-tier medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment by preparing all materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain sterile fields and support surgical operations, including passing instruments and monitoring sterile procedures.
  • Assist in patient positioning and transport, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report equipment and supply issues promptly.
  • Function as a Second Assistant when required.
  • Maintain specialty carts, ensuring all items are complete and in working condition.
  • Adapt to the high-paced environment, ensuring optimal care and support for surgical staff and patients.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 6 months of hire.
  • No prior experience is necessary; we welcome enthusiastic candidates ready to learn
