  • Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
  • Hours: 40 per week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques in the operating room.
  • Assist in patient transportation and positioning while ensuring safety.
  • Confirm the readiness of surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various surgical procedures.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 6 months).
  • No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to various hazards including blood and bodily fluids.
