COMPENSATION: The base salary range for this job is $90,000-$110,000 annually plus the possibility of additional performance based incentives.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:BSN SPORTS is looking for an ambitious and visionary Club Development Manager to lead, inspire, and scale our high-impact team of Club Development Representatives (CDRs). In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our market share in Club/Select — fueling growth through your relationships, strategic outreach, and leadership.You won’t just lead a team—you’ll build momentum across the organization by developing new relationships with club volleyball organizations and converting them to BSN customers. We're looking for a bold leader with a successful track record in sales, a deep passion for club sports, an established network of relationships in the volleyball world, and the collaborative fire to unite cross-functional teams behind a common goal: Winning new accounts and accelerating growth for BSN SPORTS.WHAT YOU WILL DODrive new customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives that expand the company’s presence in the club volleyball market.Lead and inspire a team of Club Development Representatives (CDRs) to meet and exceed sales quotas through structured coaching, clear KPIs, and consistent performance management.Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline development to deal closure—ensuring repeatable, scalable processes that deliver predictable results across regions and verticals.Play a key role in high-impact negotiations, contributing to the development of best-in-class partnership proposals and supporting business expansion with top-tier clubs and organizations.Identify and engage high-potential club volleyball organizations, building and nurturing a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned with strategic growth priorities.Foster and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including club directors, owners, and administrators, to deepen engagement and drive retention.Partner cross-functionally with Field Sales, Club National Account team members, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies, co-develop acquisition campaigns, and amplify brand visibility in target markets.Collaborate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Category Management to ensure product readiness and alignment between inventory, club demand, and sales execution.Champion proactive renewal and retention strategies, driving timely engagement to minimize churn and strengthen long-term partner value.Represent the voice of the club customer in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring new tools, technologies, and go-to-market strategies are aligned with field realities and customer needs.QUALIFICATIONS:KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESDeep familiarity and existing relationships within the club sports ecosystem—particularly club volleyball—is required, with an ability to navigate its unique dynamics and decision-makers.Demonstrated success winning new business and managing diverse stakeholder relationships across departments and organizational levels.Proficient in CRM platforms and experienced with sales engagement tools to streamline outreach and measure performance.Analytical and data-driven, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to translate insights into action.Strong communicator and relationship builder—able to inspire teams, influence partners, and represent the brand with confidence and clarity.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 5-7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or club operations, including 2-3+ years in a team leadership role with a proven track record of driving results.Experience working with merchandising, demand planning, or supply chain operations, with the ability to align sales strategy with product availability and fulfillment.Industry background in apparel, sporting goods, or club teamwear, with insight into seasonal trends, product cycles, and customer buying behaviors.Bachelor’s degree required—along with equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong business acumen and leadership potential.TEAM PERKS:Competitive base salary with performance-driven bonus opportunities, rewarding results and leadership impact.Clear career growth pathways within a fast-growing, mission-driven sports organization dedicated to youth development.Opportunities to travel to regional events, partner meetings, and key activations—expanding your network and impact across the dugout community.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands that are described as required are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
