Regency Management Services is seeking a highly skilled, retail sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for the success of an assigned region through proper planning, leadership, and leading by example Our people are our greatest strength, they are at the core of our culture, and the driving force behind our success. Regional Manager Responsibilities: · Achieve business goals and revenue targets. · Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPI). · Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance goals/objective. · Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals. · Develop and implement business plans. · Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective. · Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. · Ensure company standards and procedures are followed. · Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements regarding the state of the business for the assigned region. · Problem solving of escalated customer and employee issues. · Coach, teach, and mentor all team members within the assigned region. · Attend all Regional and Company meetings. · Regularly travel to all locations within the assigned region and occasionally to meeting locations outside of the assigned region. Regional Manager Requirements: · High school diploma/GED required. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred. · Minimum of 3 years of management and leadership experience · Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and WORD · Excellent leadership and decision-making skills · Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Must be available to work all shifts including holidays. · Must have a valid driver’s license.
