Regional Customer Support Sales Manager

Job Description
- Own strategy and annual business plans for the region with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
- Manage CSA processes such as call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
- Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
- Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure performance on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
- Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
- Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities and new offerings.
- Conduct market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
- Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
- Review reports to provide insights and feedback to guide performance of CSAs and branches.
- Identify new product opportunities and collaborate internally to supply them.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer support management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and drive results through structured planning and pipeline management.
- Skilled in building long-term relationships with commercial insight and customer-first thinking.
- Confident using Salesforce and sales reporting tools to inform strategy and measure performance.
- Clear, engaging, and persuasive across in-person meetings, presentations, and virtual engagements.
- Comfortable working remotely, managing your own schedule, and holding yourself accountable to results.
