With rapid year-over-year growth since our founding in 2021, Curana is setting a new standard in innovative care delivery for seniors with high-risk, complex clinical needs, many of whom have been historically underserved by the health care system. Our mission: To radically improve the health, happiness and dignity of senior living residents. Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for clinical positions such as Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), as well as a range of administrative roles. This position requires creativity in candidate outreach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various recruitment processes. Additionally, this role will support contract management for medical group acquisitions, ensuring smooth operations throughout the acquisition process. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, SeekOut, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage Physicians, APPs, and administrative professionals. Creative Outreach: Develop and execute tailored messaging to attract top clinical talent, leveraging unique, creative, and compelling communication strategies. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement. Administrative Recruiting: Assist with the recruitment of administrative roles as needed. Contract Management: Manage and organize contracts for medical group acquisitions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, Clinical Operations, and Legal to streamline recruitment efforts and acquisition processes. Market Research: Stay updated on trends in healthcare recruiting, sourcing techniques, and candidate preferences to optimize outreach efforts. Academic Engagement: Collaborate with colleges, universities, and residency programs to actively engage and recruit Physicians and APPs, promoting Curana Health as an employer of choice. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1+ year of healthcare industry experience Experience sourcing for Physicians, APPs, or similar clinical roles is a plus. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling candidate messaging. Excellent organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks such as contracts or documentation.
