Role Overview The Business Development Manager, Facility Management will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic account development. You will identify opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, lead bid/tender processes, and work closely with operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable. You must already have previous experience in business development or sales within facility management (or closely related building services / FM outsourcing). Business Growth & Sales Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in target sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, education, etc.). Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured follow-up. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, and margin expectations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position Seamless FM effectively. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, property managers, procurement, facility managers, etc.). Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored FM solutions. Act as the main point of contact during pre-contract phases, ensuring a smooth handover to operations post-award. Tendering & Proposals Lead the full bid and tender process for FM contracts (RFI, RFQ, RFP, public and private tenders). Coordinate with technical, operations, procurement, and finance teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals. Develop compelling commercial offers, pricing models, and contract structures, ensuring alignment with company profitability targets. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, capability statements, and pitch decks. Strategy & Reporting Contribute to the development of the business development strategy, target sectors, and go-to-market plans. Track and report on KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, revenue, margins) to management on a regular basis. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and service enhancements. Must-Have 3–7+ years of proven business development / sales experience in facility management (or integrated FM services / building services). Strong understanding of FM services, including hard services (MEP, maintenance, technical services) and/or soft services (cleaning, security, support services, landscaping, etc.). Demonstrated success in winning medium to large FM contracts and managing the full sales cycle. Experience preparing and managing FM bids and tenders, including technical and commercial submissions. Strong network of contacts within real estate, property management, corporate/industrial clients, or relevant sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable deals and understand P&L. Nice to Have Experience with integrated FM models and performance / output-based contracts (SLAs & KPIs). Previous experience in a fast-growing FM company  Technical or business-related degree (Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
