Senior Salesforce Lead

We are actively seeking a Senior Salesforce Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions. This role requires an expert-level understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Omni-Channel, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Develop workflows, process builder configurations, and custom code to enhance system functionality.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Omni-Channel routing, ensuring efficient customer service operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators on the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and recommend innovations that can enhance business processes and productivity.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, customizations, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards across Salesforce environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce design and development, with a strong background in Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni-Channel, and Visualforce development.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and triggers.
- Experience with Salesforce data migration and data management tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce, such as Gearset or Copado, is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
