We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to support our administrative team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
  • Support team members with various tasks and projects as required.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
