About the Role:

The Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Antra Inc. will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our IT staffing services within the United States. This leadership position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals, including Account Executives, Business Development Managers, and Recruiters.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry events.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics, including cold calling, lead generation, proposal writing, and presentations.
    • Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages individual and team success.
    • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and exceed expectations.

 

  • Market Development:
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT staffing and recruitment.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners, and influencers.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and increase revenue.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Implement and maintain effective sales processes and CRM systems to track progress, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
    • Develop and manage the sales budget and forecast accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years of successful experience in IT staffing sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Business Development: Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
