Resound Networks is seeking a highly organized and motivated Scheduling Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient scheduling and exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Dispatch Manager, the Scheduling Representative will be an integral part of our organization's daily operations.

Please note: This position requires flexibility, as shifts may be during the daytime or evening based on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update installer schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding schedule delays or changes.
  • Optimize current and future schedules to maximize route efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance scheduling processes and overall efficiency.
  • Reschedule jobs as necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and field operations.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Perform administrative and billing tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Audit and review the previous day’s jobs, rescheduling any installs requiring adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, scheduling, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex schedules effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred.
