Made Goods is a highly-regarded home furnishings brand offering exquisite styling options to interior designers, boutique retailers and luxury hospitality customers and properties. Additional key wholesale brands include Pigeon & Poodle (home accessories), Blue Pheasant (tabletop) and Thucassi (candles and scent diffusers). Ardmore Home Design is the privately-held manufacturer and wholesaler of these luxury home décor groups, headquartered in eastern Los Angeles County.
Summary of Position:
We’re looking for a dynamic leader excited to build and lead a Hospitality Sales Team to deliver double digit year-over-year growth
The Hospitality Sales Manager will manage and grow a team of sales reps (independent contractors) and work cross functionally across the organization to deliver strong business results. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality industry experience, connections and a proven track record in sales management and hitting goals. The immediate objective is to gain product knowledge, establish sales goals for the sales rep team and identify opportunities for expanded representation. This person will be responsible for growing hospitality sales for all AHD brands, primarily working with high-end boutique resorts and establishing a property-direct model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement annual sales targets for the sales representatives and the department.
· Lead the training and continuous development of sales representatives to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.
· Provide assistance and resolve issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations.
· Work closely with the VP of Sales to represent the brand at national sales meetings, tradeshows, and company events, traveling to key tradeshows and client meetings as required to drive sales efforts.
· Responsible for growing hospitality sales, primarily focusing on high-end boutique resorts.
· Manage ad hoc reporting requests from management, ensuring accurate and timely information.
· Coordinate and execute the needs of the hospitality department with internal teams, including marketing, tradeshow, and front office departments.
· Work with external accounts as needed in conjunction with the VP of Sales to foster and maintain client relationships.
· Identify competitors and relevant industry opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
· Engage directly with high-end properties, including housekeeping and general managers, for reorders and relationship management.
· Foster a strong team environment to promote collaborative AHD hospitality account management and support.
· Collaborate with leadership to develop business processes that align with company strategies and objectives.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure the integrity of customer and order data within the system.
· Work cross-functionally with multiple departments and oversee CSR’s and account managers.

Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Demonstrated goal-driven mindset.
· Minimum of 3-5 years in sales management within the luxury hospitality sector.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; ERP experience is highly desirable.
· Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
· Proven success in working within cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
· Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
· Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
· Established history of success in hospitality, sales management, and achieving targets.
· Experience in identifying and hiring sales representatives.
· Experience working with independent sales contractors is a plus.

- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation
Starting annual salary: $100,000-125,000 plus commissions. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
