Revenue Growth Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Direct Sales: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

• Key Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• New Account Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships
• Yield Management: Optimize room rates and function space commitments to maximize revenue potential

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth
• Manage online presence: Respond to reviews, execute marketing campaigns, send email blasts, and partner with desk to grow quantity of reviews

• Other Responsibilities: Provide assistance to other employees and departments as needed, participate in special projects, and maintain open communications with all co-workers

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality sales or a related field
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
