Administrative Assistant – Join a Leading Estate Planning Firm
Location: Tarzana, CA
Salary: $20-24/hr (DOE)
Our client, a successful estate planning and elder law firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role offering growth opportunities, great benefits, and a positive, drama-free work culture.
What You’ll Do as the Administrative Assistant:
- Organize and maintain client files
- Implement document storage and filing systems
- Manage data entry and databases
- Track project statuses and updates
- Troubleshoot and repair office equipment
- Handle phones, emails, photocopying, scanning
- Assist with office supply inventory
- Provide general administrative support
What We’re Looking For in an Administrative Assistant:
- Proficiency with Apple computers, MS Office
- Accurate and fast typing (40+ wpm)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or file clerk experience
- Customer service experience valued
- Detail-oriented, team player in collaborative environment
