New York, United States Ascential Full time

Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000

We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in New York as part of our Operations function.

Your Role: You will be in the trenches with the global team problem solving one minute and then the next you are in a meeting with the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. You’ll be the right hand, the gatekeeper, and the ultimate organiser for two pivotal roles: our Global Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and our EVP Money20/20 USA. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves juggling high-stake tasks that span geographies across the globe with finesse and bringing your A-game to every challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Anticipate and address issues before they become roadblocks.
  • Liaison Leader: Communicate with customers, suppliers, senior management, and employees with an approachable and can-do attitude, always coming from a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Showtime Extraordinaire: When it’s go time, you’re the maestro on site. Be one step ahead on-site. Manage schedules, emotions, and timings of our exec team as they power through long days, media interviews, customer interactions, and so much more.
  • Calendar Mastery: Full calendar management with heavy scheduling of meetings and calls across multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Keeper of Secrets: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Inbox Magician: Manage executive inboxes and emails with precision ensuring that leadership responds and focuses on only the most important emails.
  • Communication Dynamo: Be the voice and ears of your executives, handling correspondence with flair and professionalism.
  • Presentation Pro: As a partner to your executives, assist in preparation of presentations, sheets, and documents to be shared for large group meetings.
  • Minutes Maven: Where and when required, take minutes and actions in meetings, provide agendas in advance, follow up on outstanding actions, and offer support where needed.
  • Event Organiser: Coordinate in partnership with the operations team company events in line with business requirements, including strategy days and social events.
  • Travel Guru: Using our booking agency, arrange complex worldwide travel with ease.
  • Admin Ace: Handle weekly admin tasks, like booking desks and meeting rooms for the teams onsite and any other tasks that might arise.
  • Expense Champion: Manage and complete expense claims promptly.

Your Experience

  • You have worked directly for and with executive level leaders with executive level expectations. You’ve been around the block with a proven track record as a Senior Executive Assistant or senior role in operations.
  • Organisational mastery, stellar communication, and proficiency in office systems (Google, MS Office, ERP systems).
  • A blend of professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply. At Money20/20, we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you are excited about this role we would still like you to apply.
