Position Summary

As a Call Center Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to customers and field staff. This role involves handling phone calls, accurately entering service requests, and promoting a positive customer experience in line with company standards. The associates will sit in the office, communicating with customers and coworkers on the computer and on the telephone.

Essential Functions

  • Answer phone calls from customers and field staff, providing service excellence
  • Actively promote and enhance the customer service experience following company expectations
  • Accurately enter service requests in company software
  • Develop a strong team relationship with coworkers, both internal and external
  • Work with multiple priorities and be detailed in written communication
  • Dispatch as required in case of an escalated emergency from a customer

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other company-related software
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good reading comprehension
