Call Center Specialist

Position Summary
As a Call Center Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to customers and field staff. This role involves handling phone calls, accurately entering service requests, and promoting a positive customer experience in line with company standards. The associates will sit in the office, communicating with customers and coworkers on the computer and on the telephone.
Essential Functions
- Answer phone calls from customers and field staff, providing service excellence
- Actively promote and enhance the customer service experience following company expectations
- Accurately enter service requests in company software
- Develop a strong team relationship with coworkers, both internal and external
- Work with multiple priorities and be detailed in written communication
- Dispatch as required in case of an escalated emergency from a customer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other company-related software
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good reading comprehension
