Sales Assistant

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Assure vehicles are in excellent condition for presentation
Set-ups the technology in a delivery for the guest
Complies 100% with personal delivery standards of the manufacturer
Makes calls to previously sold guests to schedule 2nd date appointments for re-delivery and / or to answer any questions regarding delivery
Answers guest questions as needed, helping guest as needed
Presents products to guests in the showroom
Schedule aftermarket products and services
Prepare BVA as needed
Assist Sales Consultant(s) as needed
Primary task:
When a guest agrees to purchase a vehicle from us the Sales Consultant hands off the keys to the Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant takes the car for fueling and drops the car to detail department. The Sales Assistant accepts the car back from detail and inspects it to make sure it is clean, trouble free, and flawless inside and out. While this is being done, the customer contracts are being prepared for guests signatures. Once the contracts are completed, the Finance Manager or the Sales Consultant reintroduces the customer to the Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant pairs the customer with their new car, connecting any mobile device, memorizing seat settings, memorizing stereo presets and explaining features on the vehicle in compliance with the manufacturers personalized delivery process. The Sales Assistant covers warranty and maintenance information and addresses the survey the guest will be receiving. The Sales Assistant helps the guest to whatever extent the guest needs, and answers all questions for the guest.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position.
Monday - Saturday with one weekday off.
Compensation:
- $19 an hour plus commission.
