Administrative Assistant

Must be available Monday through Friday 745 AM to 445 PM with a one hour lunch.
This is a multi-site position. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays you will be at the Spring Hill Center(4235 Rachel Blvd, Spring Hill FL 34607) and Tuesdays and Fridays work at our New Port Richey Center (7326 Little Road, New Port Richey FL 34654)
The compensation is according to experience $22 an hour.
Customer relations management
- Coordinating and processing client referrals
- Trouble shooting client authorizations.
- Updating and maintaining client database and scheduling appointments
- Conducting daily audits to ensure data integrity
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Collaborate with Learning and Development department to deliver annual and ongoing staff training
- Follows all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, HIPAA, confidentially and mandated reporting standards as set by the clinical team.
- At least two years experience working in a health care setting, Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Valid CPR certification preferred
- Knowledge of general health insurance billing preferred
- Strong understanding and comfort in using Microsoft Product Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
