What's the Job?
- Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, and answering phones.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and assist in obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
- Work on special projects that involve recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
- Manage, train, and mentor other office staff while handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems.
- • SharePoint Site Administrator (SCA)
• WebCAT local administrator
• Ordering supplies and materials on p-card
• Records Management Guide Coordinator
• Create and maintain email distribution lists
• Submit EMConnect tickets for various issues (IT, office building, etc)
• Manage SAP and LAN access requests
