Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist manages day to day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures. The position performs duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas including classification/compensation, employee development, acquisition projects, and legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. This position provides collaboration as an internal consultant on a broad range of cross-functional HR projects.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or closely related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 - 4 years recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
  • Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $86,340.80. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
