Job Description:Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to partner with HR Directors and customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage technological capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have five years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience, three years of project management experience, and a strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
