Job Description

CIA WHEEL GROUP is seeking a skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing payroll processing, recruiting candidates, and administering employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will also contribute to various HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, and HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  2. Create job postings, recruit candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.
  3. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  4. Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
  5. Provide support to HR team members in various functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll administration, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
