Lead Clubhouse Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Omaha Country Club is a premier, private Club offering our members and their guests an exceptional experience through our fine dining restaurant and event spaces, championship golf course, and superb amenities. Providing outstanding customer service to our members is our goal each and every day.

Omaha Country Club is seeking a friendly, motivated, and experienced Lead Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Club. In this position, you will efficiently manage front desk operations while playing a key role in streamlining the Club's workflow as the link between various departments, employees and members. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting members and their guests, maintaining an organized front desk, clerical duties, and assisting other employees as needed. JOB DUTIES

Promptly greet members, guests, visitors and staff with a warm, professional, accommodating demeanor.

Be friendly and polite when answering phone calls, and route to the appropriate employee using a multi-line phone system.

Assist members by answering questions and directing to appropriate locations.

Use the Club's software system to assist members with dining and event reservations.

Manage and prioritize front desk administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Coordinate and direct deliveries and service professionals.

Operate office equipment such as computers, copiers and printers.

Assist director of events with planning and preparation of Club functions.

Assist with membership communication as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.

Strong written and verbal communication skills while always striving for accuracy.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Capable of being discreet while handling conversations and issues with confidentiality.

Exhibits a polished and professional appearance.

Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.

Hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must have reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.

SCHEDULE

On-Site, full-time, hourly position in Omaha.

Monday through Friday.

COMPENSATION

Starting Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour.

The pay rate is commensurate with experience.
