JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Controller works with the Controller and provides added support to regional operations and leadership teams.
SALARY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually (companywide)

It's 100% company-funded and is invested in BNBuilders stock. You can participate in this long-term plan after you complete 1 year of service (with at least 1,000 hours)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate monthly financial close
- Track and coordinate timely compilation of all audit related documentation and related responses
- Reconcile, process and report monthly/quarterly sale/business taxes
- Monitor and maintain all regional business licenses and any reporting requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely updated of the monthly WIP/Reporting package for assigned Region
- Support Regional Operations monthly forecasting and reporting
- Monitor and maintain Regional Overhead budget/forecasting
- Provide support to reginal affiliate entities as need with regional operation teams
- Respond to Controller as assigned with accurate and timely supplemental reporting
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA certification a plus
- 5 years of hands-on accounting/analytical experience
- Excellent oral and written communication proficiency
- Strong Financial Management capability
- High ethical conduct and credibility

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
