This partnership is currently opening an opportunity for a skilled Controller to join the team in a direct hire role. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Controllership, encompassing project and cost accounting, as well as proficiency in month-end procedures and reporting. This role involves leading a team of up to four members. A keen intellect, a passion for innovation, and a drive for continuous improvement are crucial for success. The ability to forge cross-functional partnerships and effectively communicate with all organizational tiers, including business leaders, is fundamental.

Salary: $125-135k
 Hybrid. T,W,Th in office and M,F work from home. Travel domestic (Kingston, Chicago) and International (UK)
 Responsibilities:
- Direct the essential daily operations of the finance team, covering regions such as the US and Europe.
- Manage all aspects of monthly financial closures, including ledger management, site consolidation, financial statement translation, and reporting to corporate and group executives.
- Perform consolidation, preparation, and analysis of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Guide monthly forecasting and the annual budget process.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and segment leaders to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and pinpoint areas for profit optimization.
- Provide support and direction for growth strategies and cost-saving measures.
- Oversee the work of 2-3 staff accountants and accounts payable personnel.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships across various functional areas.
- Demonstrated capabilities in leadership and process optimization.
- Competent in communicating with diverse groups, including management, staff, and clients.
- Experience with SOX Controls in a public company or CPA firm setting.
- Familiarity with ASC Revenue Recognition and Costing principles.
- Well-versed in all facets of Controllership tasks, including auditing, closing, forecasting, ERP system utilization, management reporting, and compliance reporting.
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and OneStream.
- Previous experience as a Controller is advantageous.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited four-year institution is required.

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $125,000 to $135,000 and benefits may include Dental, Health, Vision.
