Position: Senior Manager, Corporate and Key Accounts (Remote)

Join our Natus Sensory Team as a Senior Manager, Corporate and Key Accounts and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to hearing and balance and newborn care professionals.

SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager of Corporate and Key Accounts is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring favorable contract positions for Natus Sensory products across Corporate and Key Accounts, including GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations), IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks), and government contracts. This working manager will lead a dedicated team and oversee all resources related to corporate and key account management, directly engaging in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and project management. They will serve as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders, driving growth and contract compliance while managing direct reports with a proven history of developing their team’s skills and results.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Account Management and Relationship Building
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships within assigned GPO, IDN, government contracts, and other corporate accounts to enhance Natus Sensory’s position.
  • Identify and address key customer needs, aligning solutions with their business objectives to secure growth and trust.
  • Serve as the main communication link between key customers and internal teams to streamline customer engagement and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop customized solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support customer goals and business opportunities.
  • Contract and Project Management
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of contract negotiations, renewals, and implementation for Corporate and Key Accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with the Head of US Sales and Sr. Director of Sales to identify, acquire, and manage successful GPO, IDN, and other corporate account agreements.
  • Lead the submission of bid responses, RFPs, and proposals for corporate accounts, ensuring a high-quality, professional presentation that supports winning business outcomes.

  • Collaborate on strategic planning with US Sales Leadership to define goals and actionable plans for Corporate and Key Account growth.
  • Prepare and present monthly and annual forecasts, progress reports, and account-specific analyses to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and service level agreements, providing full visibility to stakeholders.
  • Customer Support and Cross-functional Coordination
  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new key account customers, coordinating closely with operations, finance, field service, and technical support.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to review goals, address challenges, and ensure alignment on account projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with clinical education, field support, and global key account teams to maximize customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Travel Required:

Minimal travel required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise the Corporate and Key Account team, overseeing resources, goal-setting, and individual performance to drive continuous improvement and team growth.
  • Engage in people management responsibilities, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring each team member aligns with organizational goals and displays consistent growth.
  • Mentor direct reports by fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment focused on customer service excellence and business development.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education And/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in account management or sales leadership within the healthcare or medical device industry, with direct experience managing corporate and key accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing direct reports with a proven track record of team growth and performance development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex contract management, particularly in GPO, IDN, or government environments.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives to completion.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, with expertise in creating sales reports, analyses, and presentations.

Pay Transparency

Compensation Range: $115,000 to $135,000
