Position Overview
We are looking for an organized and responsible Patient Care Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in a plastic surgery office. The ideal candidate should be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Perform consultations (virtually and in-person) to understand patient goals, discuss treatment options, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the procedures offered.
  • Track and maintain patient conversion data, manage spreadsheets, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Coordinate surgery schedules, collect payments, and assist patients with financing options.
  • Maintain and update patient records, including electronic medical records and implant data.
  • Order and manage inventory for procedures, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
  • Ensure all pre-surgery requirements are met.
  • Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and post-op care.
  • Assist with administrative duties like answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating appointments.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a plastic surgery office.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Traits: A responsible and motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Languages: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
