Position Overview: The Outside Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships within the Loudoun County community to promote Serotonin Centers’ services. The role requires flexibility, with hours fluctuating based on community events and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, passion for health and wellness, and strong ties to the Loudoun County community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an outside sales strategy to drive client acquisition and enhance brand visibility in the Loudoun County area.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to promote our range of services.
  • Represent Serotonin Centers at events, health fairs, and local gatherings, including weekends when events are scheduled.
  • Educate potential clients on services such as Botox and Allergan products, SkinMedica nutraceuticals, SkinPen, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, LightStim red light therapy, IV therapy (various types), Emsculpt NEO, semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1 medications, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create marketing materials and community outreach campaigns.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales performance, client outreach, and community engagement.
  • Maintain a robust database of community contacts, leads, and partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in wellness, aesthetics, and anti-aging.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the health, wellness, or aesthetics industries.
  • Strong understanding of Botox and Allergan products, SkinMedica nutraceuticals, SkinPen, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, LightStim red light therapy, IV therapy (including different types), Emsculpt NEO, semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1 medications, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (training will be provided).
  • Established relationships in the Loudoun County community, with a preference for candidates raised locally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends based on events and community needs.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
