What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide expert advice and tailor insurance solutions to meet individual and business needs.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and proactive policy reviews.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance coverage.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth goals and maintain a strong community presence.
- Handle customer inquiries, claims assistance, and service requests with professionalism and care.
The Skills We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management (P&C license preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable insurance products.
- Familiarity with Middle Tennessee and the surrounding communities is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
