Brand Manager

Our Brand Manager is responsible for organizing and ensuring that our company’s products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers. You should have to capability to monitor marketing trends as well as the ability to keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace to stay ahead of competition. This role requires you to regularly meet with clients and senior management to follow through each project from beginning to end.
Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position (but not limited to):
· In- depth understanding of the brands current products and future concepts
· Being a liaison between creative, PR/ Social, sales team, and 3rd party vendors for a wide spectrum of brands
· Assist with ensuring flawless execution of major projects, promotional events, and digital platforms
· Develop strategic plans the marketing team and vendors to increase brand awareness with consumers
· Responsible for tracking brand analysis, trends and forecasts
· Identify, share, and apply industry marketing best practices to enhance brands across e-commerce platforms.
· Aid in creating marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the clients brand identity
· Excellent follow through communication
· Familiar with latest trends, and technologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
· Decision making for cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
· Building relationships
· Oversee the process of current and new licensing product lines and working with marketing teams to develop a marketing strategy for a product to help create marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough, organized and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics a plus)
· Business savvy
· Ability to multitask
· Strong research and analytical skills
· Ability to think creatively and innovatively
· Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
· Must be able to read, write and speak English
· Must pass a Background Check
Physical Requirements:
- Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Must be able to up to 20lbs, sit and stand for extended periods of time, use stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, and walk
