What You'll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff to achieve performance goals.
Ensure service procedures and processes are followed to Bentley standards and compliance with warranty policies.
Manage department KPIs, including technician productivity, customer satisfaction scores, and financial performance.
Work closely with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless service for our valued customers.
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, providing solutions to ensure positive outcomes.
Implement and track department strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Manager, preferably within the luxury automotive sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and develop staff.
Deep understanding of service department operations, including scheduling, parts ordering, and warranty claims.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build customer loyalty.
Solid understanding of KPIs, financial management, and achieving departmental goals.
Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction while driving productivity and profitability.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
