Local Systems Integrator seeks a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager with Business-to-Business Sales experience for our commercial, educational, and industrial markets in the Greater New Orleans area. Position Overview

As our Outside Sales Representative, you will assume a large and profitable base of built-in clients to manage, and you will be responsible for independently generating leads, building relationships with clients and driving sales growth in your territory, the Greater New Orleans market. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills to succeed in this position.

 

Position Key Responsibilities

·         Independently develop leads through cold calling, appointment setting, networking, referrals, and the like

·         Service and expand existing accounts

·         Conduct thorough fact-finding on all sales projects

·         Document all sales and account management activities in CRM

·         Become knowledgeable about entire product line

·         Configure required documentation for proposals and agreements

·         Collaborate with technical, administration and support colleagues on a regular basis

·         Regularly attend and get involved with trade, industry, and networking associations


Position Salary and Compensation

·         Base Salary $60K

·         Commission Plan with unlimited earning potential

·         Bonus Plan – monthly, quarterly, annually

·         Competitive benefits plan to include health, dental, 401K and the like

·         Large, profitable built-in account base

·         Monthly automobile and cell phone allowance

·         Certification and training on all necessary products and applications

·         Paid Time Off

 

Position Requirements

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Must have at least 2 years of outside sales experience 

·         B2B Sales experience required with proven record of closing business

·         Hunter/Farmer Mentality – you will assume built in clients, but we need someone who can independently network and develop leads

·         Excellent communication and listening skills

·         Strong negotiation abilities

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

·         Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

·         Ability to multitask

·         Exhibit high ethical standards and have an ability to take initiative, prioritize and schedule short & long term goals
