Role Overview:
This position plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team, focusing on communication, coordination, metrics tracking, and systems support. The ideal candidate will contribute to various marketing initiatives, ensuring effective project management and deliverable execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and distributing marketing communications and project deliverables.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate events and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Facilitate marketing webinars and related activities.
  • Manage projects and deliverables efficiently.
  • Provide assistance on additional marketing projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience in managing in-person and virtual events.
  • Ability to create and maintain a dynamic content calendar.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage budget expenses, including purchase order creation and invoice processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technologically adept with the ability to multitask across various projects.
