Job Overview

Position Summary:
Anytime Fitness Alpharetta is in search of an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing initiatives.

This part-time, hourly role will concentrate on the creation, execution, and oversight of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at boosting member acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with the franchise owner to formulate and implement effective marketing plans that resonate with our brand and attract new members to our fitness center.


Compensation & Benefits:

This is a part-time, hourly role offering a competitive pay range of $15 to $25 per hour, contingent on experience. Compensation will be issued biweekly, with the potential to earn performance-based commissions. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will enjoy gym access for personal use and discounts on merchandise and services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner to develop a marketing plan that aligns with the brand and business objectives.
  • Create and oversee social media content, including posts, advertisements, and promotions to elevate brand visibility and drive membership growth.
  • Engage with local businesses and organizations to foster partnerships and promote the fitness center.
  • Organize and implement events and promotions to attract new members and engage existing ones.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities within the fitness sector.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures are within limits and yield positive returns on investment.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Anytime Fitness, promoting the fitness center within the community.
  • Assist with additional tasks as necessary to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the fitness industry or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, particularly social media management and content creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and collaborating effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Being bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
