We are seeking a WindowWorld Sales Design Consultant to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain & present products and services to customer ultimately obtaining new business
- Assess & address client concerns by our products being the solution to the clients problems
- Run 1-2 window & door sales leads per day sustain a close ratio of 40% or better
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
