**Job Ad: Phone Representative & Sales Specialist for Kitchen Refacing Business**

**Position:** Phone Representative & Sales Specialist  
**Location:** 1021 Main St. Lynchburg, Va.  
**Type:** Full-Time/Part-Time

 Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Engage with customers to understand their kitchen remodeling needs.
- Sell and schedule our in-home design consultation for kitchen refacing services.
- Provide information on the benefits of kitchen refacing, ensuring customers feel excited and confident about transforming their kitchen.
- Manage appointment bookings and follow up with leads to maximize sales.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer inquiries and orders.

Qualifications:
- **Excellent communication skills:** You must be able to connect with customers and build rapport over the phone.
- **Sales experience** (preferred but not required): We’re looking for someone with a persuasive, positive attitude.
- **Organizational skills:** Ability to manage multiple calls and scheduling tasks efficiently.
- **Interest in home improvement and design:** A passion for kitchens and remodeling is a plus
