Real Estate Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at Acree Brothers Realty Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for hunting for leads, gathering pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and adding leads to the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in sales. They will be able to quickly connect and build rapport with people, and have a strong ability to track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Compensation:
$52,000 at plan earnings
