Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a results-driven marketing strategy and executing day-to-day marketing activities to support Jetta's brand growth, product marketing, and lead generation. This is a hands-on role where you will manage website updates, develop targeted campaigns, and create sales enablement materials, all while working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You’ll have full ownership of marketing execution, using outside resources as needed to focus on building the brand story and driving engagement through content creation and product-focused initiatives.

This role requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Regularly update and manage Jetta’s website, ensuring that content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for lead generation and product visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to update product listings, features, and benefits for a comprehensive product suite.
  • Ensure that the website clearly communicates Jetta’s value proposition and brand story.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns focused on product launches, industry insights, and value-driven content to engage potential and current customers.
  • Segment email lists based on industry, customer profiles, and sales stages to support lead nurturing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjusting to improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and sales conversion.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to create and distribute product marketing materials that highlight features, use cases, and solutions for different customer segments.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and case studies to support the sales process.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the company’s overall brand positioning and strategy.

Content Management:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that supports product launches, sales initiatives, and brand-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within the company to create product-focused content such as white papers, blog posts, case studies, and industry reports.
  • Ensure that all content communicates the company’s expertise and reinforces the brand story.

Social Media & Brand Story:

  • Manage Jetta’s presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), posting thought leadership content, industry news, and product updates.
  • Build a consistent brand narrative across digital channels to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the industry.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to support B2B engagement and lead generation.

Sales Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals, providing relevant content and tools to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in terms of lead generation and pipeline contribution, providing insights to leadership.
  • Maintain open communication with sales to ensure that marketing efforts are directly contributing to revenue growth.

Data Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze industry trends, marketing metrics and KPI’s to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong skills in product marketing, content creation, and email marketing.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to coordinate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies.
  • Track record of successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience in website management, product marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex ideas for marketing materials.
