Finance Manager in Cedar Hill, TX - Direct Perm job

Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and ensuring accuracy.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s financial stability.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
