Hiring Immediately for a Sales Manager in Training - At Erie Home, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for homeowners through premier home improvement solutions. As an MIT, you play a vital role in achieving this mission by providing exceptional service to our customers and guidance to your team.


Day in the Life as an MIT:

  • Start each day with a team meeting to align, inform, and motivate towards goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager for training and leadership.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Installation to unify sales strategies.
  • Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from 1 pm to 7:30 pm (no cold calling).
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our roofing solutions.
  • Use software for precise measurements and assess damage via ladder or attic inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowners’ needs.


Erie Home’s Culture:
At Erie Home, you'll receive a base salary plus performance-based commissions, with an average of $2,000 per sale paid weekly, plus a monthly performance bonus. Expect to earn $125,000 to $150,000 in your first year. We offer a full benefits package, a 401k after 90 days, exclusive military benefits, and an internal leadership development program. Qualifications to a Sales Manager in Training:

  • Must live in the area and be willing to relocate within 12-18 months (company-sponsored relocation).
  • Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance
  • Comfortable traveling within a 75-mile radius of the office (distance varies by office)
  • Available for midday, evening, and weekend appointments
  • Minimum 5 Years Sales Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years Management/Leadership Experience
