Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMarketing Communication Specialist needed for a long-term Contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located is REMOTE.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with DAM and CMS platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of taxonomy and data organization.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Familiarity with corporate branding and ability to quickly apply brand guidelines.
    • Experience working with CMS platforms.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsibilities:
  • Content Migration: Download and organize files from the old DAM system and upload them into the new DAM platform.
  • Taxonomy Management: Ensure assets are accurately tagged based on pre-defined categories and metadata.
  • Excel Expertise: Use Excel to migrate and align data across various spreadsheets into the new DAM system templates.
  • Brand Compliance: Quickly learn and apply corporate branding guidelines to ensure content is brand compliant.
  • CMS Management: Populate brand guidelines and relevant content into the new DAM platform using the CMS.
  • User Accessibility: Ensure the DAM platform is user-friendly, and guidelines are easy to navigate.
  • Graphic Design Support (Bonus): Assist with basic graphic design tasks when needed.
