Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, dynamic, and goal-oriented Business Development Sales Account Manager to join our team and help drive our growth.

 

Job Overview:
As a Business Development Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the restoration industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building partnerships, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to grow within a thriving industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property managers, insurance agents, real estate professionals, commercial clients, and residential homeowners.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present our services, including damage assessment, restoration plans, and project timelines.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers: Work closely with our restoration project managers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, track progress, and report on sales performance to management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the restoration, construction, or insurance industries.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excel and Microsoft 101 skills. Social Media basics to be able to be active on our social sites.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the restoration industry is highly preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and build rapport with clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized while juggling multiple client accounts.
  • Technology: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools to track leads and manage client information.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Licensing/Certification: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
