Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Director to join our team at Summit Place Of Kings Mountain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales execution at the community level, generating new leads, converting them into move-ins, and developing strong business relationships to generate referrals.
Job SummaryThe Community Engagement Director reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Manage and maintain accurate sales and marketing data, including lead tracking and CRM database management
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the Executive Director and regional operations team
- Collaborate with corporate marketing support to ensure new lead-generating activities have adequate marketing support
- Meet or exceed sales productivity standards, including occupancy and revenue goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree, preferably in a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, employees, and external partners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows
This role requires the ability to:
- Stand/walk for 2-4 hours per day
- Sit for 2-4 hours per day
- Drive for up to 60-120 minutes, 3-4 times a week
- Lift/carry objects weighing up to 40/70 pounds occasionally
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
