theLender is excited to train and put you through our AE (Account Executive) Acadamy to learn the entire mortgage business theLender is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through warm calling, cold calling, and other sales strategies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sales, and a passion for business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential brokers to increase sales and expand theLender's growth.
  • Manage sales pipeline, track broker interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of theLender's products.

Experience:

  • Proven customer service experience, hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers.
  • Learn the end-to-end loan origination process
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Skills:

  • - Warm calling and cold calling experience preferred but not required
  • - Strong communication, active listening, and sales skills.
  • - Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • - A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission
