Your Role:

  • Manage monthly and annual financial closes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and grant reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with program teams to monitor grant spending and ensure alignment with funding requirements.
  • Support annual audits and assist in developing financial policies and procedures.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in non-profit or grant-based environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in non-profit accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Blackbaud) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for mission-driven work.
