Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a renowned manufacturing company in Quincy, MA to find a Collections Specialist who will play a vital role in maintaining strong financial health and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Credit Management: Monitor customer payment terms and credit limits, supporting credit holds and releases through account analysis.
  • Risk Analysis: Assess customer ordering activity to identify and address potential credit issues proactively.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Handle lien waivers and customer notes for retainage to ensure proper documentation.
  • Collections & Account Management: Review weekly aging reports and follow up with customers to address outstanding balances.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve past-due invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Excel Skills: Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage and reconcile financial records with accuracy
