Customer Success Specialist

Description
The primary goal is to market the thermal cooking systems to the local marketplace by successfully inviting companies to the online sales webinars, local demos or by securing appointments for the field sales team, qualifying prospects, targeting the customer base, updating the CRM (Sales Force) and build a last-longing relationship with the customers that should also be applied to the after-sales activities.
1.0: Pre-Sales
• The primary goal is to market the thermal cooking systems to the Canada/USA/Mexico marketplace by successfully inviting companies to the online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team
• Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact and support the customer.
• Target our existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximise upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
• Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
• Continuous CRM (Sales Force) update
2.0: After-Sales:
• Keep relationship with customer, constantly following-up on their needs
• Book Trainings (Academy)
3.0: Marketing
• Support on General Marketing Department Demands
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 1+ years of phone sales experience
- Customer Service Skills
Nice Haves:
• Having worked in a kitchen is a plus
• Previous sales background is a plus
• Worked in a kitchen and has a sales background is a +++
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen/using commercial kitchen products
- Account Management Experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.77 - $30.77/hr.
